  • How do I take care of my pedal set?
Dust off your pedal set on a regular base. Lubricate moving parts with WD40 Silicone spray to avoid unwanted squeaks.
  • How do I calibrate my pedal set?
For pedal calibration, please follow your product manual. Download link Leo Bodnar Calibration software: http://www.leobodnar.com/files/LC-USB%20Configuration%20v2.exe Download link DIView software: http://www.leobodnar.com/files/DIView.zip Please copy and paste the above link(s) in a new tab in your Internet browser to proceed.
  • How to calibrate pedals in iRacing?
Since iRacing does not read data from Diview, it is necessary to set dead zones directly in the iRacing’s calibration software. Throttle To calibrate the throttle, push the pedal and read the values above the graphic bar until it shows 65000. Then release the throttle to number 500 – 1000 and click OK. Brake Push the brake to the value you want to have as your maximum braking force. Then release the brake, but at the end do not release it completely and click OK. We recommend set the lower deadzone to a higher value. The brake will not react when you’ll put your foot lightly on the pedal. Clutch To calibrate the clutch, step on the pedal and read the values above the graphic bar until it shows 65000. Then release the clutch to number 500 – 1000 and click OK.
  • Can I order for my company with my VAT number?
Yes, send us an email if you want to proceed this way. We will format an invoice for you. For companies located outside Belgium, we will format an invoice without VAT.
  • What about the new EU VAT rules for E-commerce?
As per July 1st 2021, JTEC Racing has to comply with new EU VAT (sales tax) rules for E-commerce. This change will impact the after-tax price paid in our webshop by customers within the European Union. Business customers are not affected. For EU customers, 21% VAT used to be added to the product price before checkout. As per July 1st 2021, the EU country specific VAT rate (instead of the general 21% rate) will be added to the price. This means the following: For countries with a VAT rate below 21% (for example Germany), the after-tax price in our webshop will be a bit lower than before. For countries with a VAT rate above 21% (for example Portugal), the after-tax price in our webshop will be a bit higher than before. For countries with a 21% VAT rate (for example Spain), the after-tax price in our webshop will remain the same. So if you see small price changes and/or no longer see nicely rounded prices, this is the reason behind it.
